    • Yes. schönhouse Villa is a design-led boutique villa accommodation in General Luna, Siargao, with spacious suites, a large pool, daily breakfast and warm Filipino-German hospitality. Guests can book individual suites or reserve the full villa for families, groups and retreats.

  • Yes. schönhouse Villa is ideal for families visiting Siargao. Families can book spacious suites, connecting rooms or the Family Poolside Suite, with access to the large pool, daily breakfast and shared villa spaces.

  • Yes. schönhouse Villa is suitable for groups, retreats and special stays in Siargao. Guests can book several suites together or reserve the full villa, depending on availability and group size.

    • Check-In: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM (WITA)

    • Check-Out: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (WITA)

    Early Check-in or Late Check-Out is subject to availability and is charged based on 50% of the daily rate

Booking and Payments

  • Yes. Full-villa bookings are available for families, groups, retreats and special stays, depending on availability. Guests can also book individual suites if they do not need the entire villa.

  • Yes. Guests can book individual Couple Suites, Poolside Suites or the Family Poolside Suite. Full-villa bookings are also available for families, groups and retreats.

    • Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

    • 50% charge if cancelled 29–15 days before arrival.

    • No refund if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival.

  • Yes, the policy is that the full amount for the entire stay is due on booking.

  • We support local and international payments for credit / debit cards on Visa, MasterCard.

    BPI, Union Bank, RCBC, Chinabank & BDO Direct Debits are also accepted.

  • Yes. schönhouse Villa has a large swimming pool with relaxed lounge areas, poolside suites and shared villa spaces, making it ideal for slow island days between surfing, beach trips and island-hopping.

  • Yes we clean the rooms daily. To promote sustainability, we change bed linens and towels every three days.

  • Yes, we have a generator which will power the entire Villa including air conditioning units. Please note that there are strong fluctuations from the Grid Provider which means that we will switch to cooling of rooms with a generator and this may lead to a short delay whilst transitioning power sources.

  • Yes. Daily breakfast is included and prepared with fresh local ingredients whenever possible. Guests can enjoy a relaxed boutique villa breakfast before exploring Siargao.

  • Yes. schönhouse Villa offers Starlink WiFi, making it suitable for guests who need a stable connection during their stay in Siargao.

Policies

  • We are a pet friendly accommodation. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly. There is an additional pet cleaning fee of 1500 PHP.

  • For your safety we only allow smoking outside of the premises due to the Villa and Reception areas having a nipa thatched roof.

Local Information

  • No, schönhouse Villa is not beachfront. It is located in a peaceful area of General Luna, close to beaches, restaurants, cafés and surf spots, while offering a quieter boutique villa atmosphere.

  • Our Villa is located in Purok 5 in General Luna within a very quiet and private area. This also means that there is a real island feel with unpaved dirt road leading to the villa which we maintain with solar lights for your safety, ideal for the adventurers amongst you. It is only a 10 minute walk to a beautiful public beach, major shops, restaurants and nightlife. Despite its convenient location it isn’t noisy allowing you to sleep well at night.

  • Schönhouse Villa is conveniently situated 26 km from Sayak Airport. We can arrange airport pick-up. The cost is PHP 500 each way per guest and we can add it to your bill. We also have private van transfer for PHP 3000 per way maximum of 5 guests (depending on the luggage size brought by the guest). The journey from the airport should take about 40 minutes.
